DOG owners living in Dudley Council’s high rise flats can book their pet in for a free health check, courtesy of the PDSA.
The charity’s PetCheck tour will visit the Chapel Street estate housing office, Brierley Hill, to give four-legged friends a once over on May 1, from 9am to 4pm.
Andrea Pope Smith, director of adult, community and housing services, said: “Many of our residents have dogs and welcome the help and advice the PDSA has to offer. Those attending will be able to receive information about the five animal welfare needs including diet and nutrition, body shape awareness, dental care, general health and wellbeing."
Other preventative services such as microchipping, nail clipping and ear cleaning may be available but charges will apply.
