Help for parents-to-be

2:49pm Monday 30th June 2008

PARENTS-to-be are being offered free advice to help during pregnancy and after their babies arrive, thanks to Worcestershire County Council.

The sessions will offer information to working parents-to-be or carers who want to find out more about juggling pregnancy and work, financial aspects, information on maternity/paternity leave and pay entitlements.

Parents-to-be and carers will have the opportunity to learn more about their rights as working parents, as well as being given tips on returning to work and childcare options.

A session will be held in Redditch on Tuesday, July 29, at Willow Trees Children's Centre.

To book a place at the free session or to find out more, call the family information service on 01905 790560 or email familyinfo@worcestershire.gov.uk.
