Inner Wheel Club of Alcester
PRESIDENT Pat Grier welcomed members and guest speaker Mary Nash to our meeting held at Kings Court Hotel.
Around the room were items to be taken to the Overseas Rally at the end of April and these included many knitted blankets and toys which had been made by the members and friends of the club.
After the meal president Pat introduced Mary Nash, who gave us a most informative talk and demonstration of a facial cleansing programme on member Judith Draycott.
Throughout the demonstration Mary passed around samples of the products she was using and gave us many hints on beauty care. It was very interesting.
The business part of the meeting followed.
The president said she has received many complimentary letters following the Fellowship Tea in March and everyone agreed it had been very successful.
She also gave a brief report on the National Conference recently held in Blackpool which many members had attended.
Discussions followed regarding the May meeting to which Rotary Clubs from Alcester and Redditch had been invited.
