Photography enthusiasts invited to workshop

PHOTOGRAPHIC enthusiasts are invited to Redditch Photographic Society’s workshop on Saturday, November 17 at St Luke’s Memorial Hall, Evesham Road, Headless Cross.
The session is scheduled to run from 10am to 4pm.
The programme will follow a similar format to previous open days and will give the society the chance to share techniques and welcome those new to photography as well as experienced enthusiasts.
It is planned to set up a portrait studio where expert guidance will be given to demonstrate the use of full studio equipment.
During the course of the day, members and guests will have the opportunity to learn more about Macro photography, so please bring along your camera equipment.
An advise desk will also be available to offer expert guidance on a wide spectrum of photographic techniques and problems so people can discuss any issues that concern them about photography.
In this age of digital photography, image enhancing is of the utmost importance and the opportunity to learn more about Photoshop procedures is another planned activity.
A spokesman said: “Please join us and share what should prove to be a very productive photographic experience.”
