Two appear in court over Redditch burglary

TWO men appeared in court on Tuesday, October 9 in connection with a house burglary in Redditch.

Craig Field, aged 34, of no fixed abode, and Ross Morgan, aged 35, of Hewell Road, Redditch, appeared before the town's magistrates and both pleaded not guilty to the burglary.

High value jewellery, personalised items and bank cards were stolen in the burglary in Ipsley Lane, Redditch, just before 4am on Sunday, September 9.

Morgan was remanded in custody to appear back at Redditch Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 17. Field has been released on conditional bail and is due before Redditch magistrates on Monday, November 19.

Field's bail conditions must be interesting considering he is homeless...Maybe he will be tethered to a tree before hopefully gaining a few years at a fixed abode starting October 17th

If one of the men is homeless like the above comment states, then what was the reason of giving him bail with no fixed address to stay in contact with the culprit?
