HAVING pledged to do all she can for the Alexandra Hopital in light of the hospitals shake-up, Redditch MP Karen Lumley joined staff for a 12-hour shift.

The MP recently spent time in A&E as well as maternity and paediatrics.

Mrs Lumley, who has been meeting with hospital bosses to discuss the joint services review, said she was concerned with proposals which could see the Alex stripped of vital services.

A decision on the review is expected today Wednesday, October 10.

If she did move on after the photos then that is very shameful behavior. I do not have the facts but I could see people posing for a photo and then going off as if their job was done.
