Travel chaos due to wind and rain

PEOPLE are being urged to take care when out and about this morning due to the heavy rain.
Services were suspended on London Midland between Redditch and Birmingham New Street, due to overhead line problems, but the issue has now been resolved.
There are also a number of traffic light failures and some roads closed due to accidents.
There are diversions currently in place throughout Redditch and Bromsgrove.
