Crabbs Cross burglar seen on CCTV

WITNESSES and information are being sought by police following a burglary at a home in Redditch where the burglar was seen on CCTV.

It happened on Monday, September 17, in Yvonne Road, Crabbs Cross.

The burglar was seen climbing over the fence into the back garden of the property just before 2pm and then back again shortly afterwards.

He stole cash and jewellery, including a man's gold wedding ring, a man's ionic ring and a gold bracelet with gold fish hooks on.

He is described as white, in his early 20s, about 5ft 6ins to 5ft 8ins in height and was wearing a grey hooded top and light blue jeans. He was also carrying a blue rucksack with black stripes on it.

Detective Constable O'Reilly from Redditch CID said: "We would like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing this man in the area just before or after 2pm, or thinks they know who he is."
