Murder mystery for mayor's charities
1:30pm Tuesday 18th September 2012 in Local
FORGE Mill Needle Museum will be hosting a ‘drop dead’ event for the Redditch mayor on October 7 in the form of a murder mystery evening to raise money for his chosen charities.
The event will raise money for Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and Child Alert UK.
The murder mystery will be held at Forge Mill, Needle Mill Lane, Riverside, B98 8HY, and will start at 5.30pm.
Guests will need to bring their own drinks but there will be an interval during which time a ploughman’s supper will be served. Raffle tickets are also available and the raffle will be drawn during the interval. The event is expected to finish around 9pm.
Redditch mayor, Councillor Alan Mason, said: “I am really looking forward to the murder mystery evening being hosted by Forge Mill. Not only will it raise funds for such worthy charities, it also looks set to be a fantastic night for all the guests taking part – let’s find out whodunit.”
Tickets cost £9 per person or tables can be purchased for £50 (seating six people). Space is limited so people should book early to avoid disappointment
To book, call Petrina Muscroft at Forge Mill on 01527 62509.
