ANYONE with a spare £1.6 million lying around and isn’t sure what to spend it on is in luck.
A run of Redditch shops is on the market with a million pound price tag.
It is the first time in 25 years that numbers 17 - 43 on Unicorn Hill, an unbroken, freehold, investment of 16 outlets, has come up for sale.
The shops go under the hammer when property agents CP Bigwood holds an auction on September 6 at Aston Villa football ground in Birmingham.
CP Bigwood director Ian Tudor said: “This is a major investment opportunity.
“We are talking a prime location and lots of footfall. We are expecting a great deal of interest to emerge.”
The properties occupy a position on Unicorn Hill, just off the main shopping area near the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Current rental income is £176,775 a year.
