Redditch man appears before court on murder charge

A REDDITCH man denied killing a man in a Black Country flat when he appeared before a judge at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Earl St John Clarke, 37, pleaded not guilty to murdering 48-year-old Bradley Hamilton, whose body was found in the flat in Rowley Street, Chuckery.

Clarke of Batchley Road, Redditch, was further remanded in custody until April 15 by Judge John Warner.

The judge is hoping to set a date for the trial of Clarke when he next appears before Wolverhampton Crown Court.
