A REDDITCH recycle shop has called on residents to pick up a bargain in store after being left so overwhelmed by donations that they have become over-stocked.
Re-use charity store Boomerang, on Hewell Road, Batchley, has received so many items that they are having to refuse further donations due to a lack of space.
They are now inviting residents to visit to pick up a bargain and help them continue bringing new items in in future.
A shop spokesman said: “We have got nowhere to put sofas and beds and furniture any more so we are really over-stocked.
“Because of the generosity of the Redditch people we have got too much stuff and need to get rid of it. We are having to turn stuff down due to the generosity.
“So we’re hoping people can come down and grab a really cheap bargain.”
