BIKERS, runners and cyclists were among the 450 fundraisers to tackle Britain's Big Breakfast at Tardebigge Village Hall on Saturday, raising a hearty £3,500 for charity.

The annual event, hosted by Bromsgrove Farmers Club, saw visitors pile their plates with sausages, bacon and eggs donated from local suppliers, to raise funds for the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Research UK.

Helen Hirons, who helped organise the event, said: "We had cycling clubs, a running club and a motorcycle club all enjoyed their breakfast.

"Food was donated by local suppliers, of which we are very grateful, and members of the Bromsgrove Farmers Club all cooked, served and washed up - a great effort by the club."
