THREE multi-sports sessions are being held at Studley Leisure Centre in August.

The sessions for families with children aged 4 to 12 years will include a wide range of activities including dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, boxing and playground games.

They will be held on Monday, August 1 2 to 2.30pm, Tuesday, August 2 10am to 11.30am, and Thursday, August 4 2 to 3.30pm.

The sessions costing £1, are run by the Change Makers programme which offers families the chance to try new, nutritional recipes and take part in different sports, such as indoor hockey and boxing.

The programme is run by Rugby Borough Council and funded by NHS Warwickshire, after the council secured a two-year contract, worth £320,000, to roll out the programme across Warwickshire.
