REDDITCH have thrown their weight behind the national Grow Wild campaign by sowing wild flowers at Proctors Barn Meadow at Arrow Valley Country Park.
Grow Wild aims to bring colour and vibrancy to local areas and encourages the transformation of local spaces by sowing wild flowers.
The Ladies Circle are looking forward to heading back to the same spot in September to see how their wild flower seeds have bloomed.
Redditch Ladies Circle chairman Mel Vaughan said "It’s great to be involved in supporting this great initiative and hopefully we can transform this space into a colourful inspiring wildlife haven."
The group gained permission to scatter the seeds from Redditch Borough Council.
Redditch Ladies Circle is open to women aged 18 to 45 who would like the chance to connect with new friends, have a great time and give something back to their local communities.
