A SPOOKY video which apparently shows a ghost silently moving through Abbeydale Community Club is causing a stir among paranormal investigators and ghosts hunting experts.

The short video, which shows a door opening then closing and a chair being moved before the the camera is knocked to the floor, was sent to the website Ghosts of Redditch.

The site, set up by Redditch resident Clem Dallaway, specialises in all things that go bump in the night, spectral sightings, or other-worldly things that cannot be explained - all of which takes place in Redditch.

Speaking about the latest video, Mr Dallaway, who doesn't use anyone's names unless they ask, said: "The person who set the camera up said that they felt a weird feeling. All I know is that customers and members of staff have heard bangs, footsteps and the same door, which leads to the skittle alley, opening.

"There have been a few reports of people hearing bangs etc in the club, including members of staff."

As well as videos and pictures the site features a large amount of ghost stories from legless monks and ghostly horses to ancient secret tunnels.

Mr Dallaway added: "I originally set the website up around 2004 but the server it was hosted on went down and I lost everything. I started the new site about seven years ago but it started taking off around a year ago.

"The idea is just for people to send in ghost experiences and to map them out across Redditch.

"I have put 81 stories on the site so far, all sent in from Redditch residents. I do have more to add including photos and videos but I'm waiting for verification from the owners."
