THERE was a stunning site in Redditch town centre at the weekend as a gang of dancing grannies, complete with their zimmer frames, stopped traffic and kept shoppers entertained.
The grannies' flashmob was in town to promote Studley Operatic Society Music Theatre Group's production of smash hit The Producers, which is coming to the Palace Theatre, in Alcester Street, Redditch.
The Producers is destined to delight audiences with its breathless combination of song, dance and laughter.
An outrageous musical comedy featuring fading producer Max Bialystock, who convinces Leo Bloom to assist him in producing a guaranteed flop in an attempt to steal $2million and escape to Rio.
The show is on from Tuesday, April 21 to Saturday, April 25 at 7.30pm with a matinee on the Saturday at 2.30pm.
