A HOTEL in Redditch has been honoured at a prestigious awards ceremony.
Southcrest Manor Hotel, in Headless Cross, was honoured in the LateRooms.com Simply The Guest Awards for achieving Top Rated status.
Simply The Guest Awards are special as they are the only ones in the UK based solely on guest reviews.
Achieving a Top Rated status means that the Southcrest Manor hotel in Redditch, Worcestershire received an average review score of more than 80 per cent across 30 or more genuine guest reviews left in the past 12 months on LateRooms.com.
Hotel general manager Chris Osborne said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded LateRooms.com Top Rated status.
"It is firm recognition of the unrivalled quality we insist on here and the hugely exacting high service standards that we have become renowned for.”
This year’s awards, broadcast live via a stream on the award's website, were held at The Savoy Hotel in London.
The aim is to highlighting the influential role guest reviews play in booking a hotel.
