Teenager denies manslaughter
A TEENAGER is to stand trial after he denied the manslaughter of a Redditch man.
Davey James, aged 18, pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of Nigel Shakespeare on February 24, 2013, when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court.
James, who lives in the Worcester area, was granted bail on condition he does not enter Redditch.
The trial is expected to last up to seven days and is due to start on August 10 next year.
