OLDER residents in Wythall can now enjoy Bromsgrove District Council’s N-Able sessions as a new group opens.
Residents can enjoy badminton sessions and mobility exercise classes every Tuesday, beginning October 7, from 4.30pm until 5.30pm at Woodrush Sports Centre.
Each session costs £2 with the first session free.
Councillor Mark Bullivant, councillor for Wythall and responsible for leisure and culture, said: “Come along and try your hand at Badminton or Mobility Exercises. The group is fun and friendly and provides the opportunity to meet new people, get active and remain independent. The first session is free so you can always try it out to see if you like it.”
The sessions are being funded through the Inclusive Sports Fund awarded to Bromsgrove District Council from Sport England.
