A REDDITCH man has been charged with a drugs offence following a warrant carried out by the Abbey Safer Neighbourhood team at a home on Forge Mill Road in Redditch on Wednesday, February 5.

Rory Ivor Robinson, aged 23, of Forge Mill Road has been charged with possessing over 60 grammes of cannabis.  He was released on bail to appear at Redditch Magistrates Court on Tuesday, July 8.

PC Field of Abbey safer Neighbourhood team said: “Drugs blight our local community and Redditch has a proud history of being a safe and vibrant town.

"This is an area with low drug crime but we will take appropriate action where offences are being committed.
