In the end, the ATC 216 Squadron secured the trophy which was presented to them by Redditch mayor Pat Witherspoon and the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Worcestershire, Patricia Bradley.

A spokesman said: "The event proved an exciting addition to the Green Fair and, judging by the enthusiasm of the cadets taking part, it will become an annual event."
