SIXTH form students at Tudor Grange Academy, Redditch, have been working hard over the last two years to raise money for the charity Redditch Heart Safe.
The students have hosted quizzes, cake sales, cooking competitions, and even persuaded their head of year to dress up as an Easter bunny to raise money for the charity, which aims to ensure all schools and local companies are equipped with a defibrillator.
The students have managed to raise just under £1,500, which is almost enough to buy two of the lifesaving machines that have proven to be so valuable.
Head students, Kira Swannell and Alex Evans, said they believed it was very important to support these local charities, and have been honoured to help such a dedicated, and inspirational charity.
