STAFF at a Redditch nursery are celebrating after achieving an 'Outstanding' Ofsted report.
Little Sneakers at Lodge Park nursery was visited by inspectors in March earlier this year who praised the nursery for a number of different achievements.
The inspection report read: "Children thrive in this very welcoming, supportive and child-centred nursery where they make outstanding progress in their learning and development.
"Practitioners are enthusiastic, highly committed and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how children learn (and) are highly skilled in the way they guide and support children's play and learning with their thoughtful interactions and very good teaching techniques."
It also praised the level of inclusion and safety of children and the level of information parents receive from the nursery.
Owner Karyn Maddison said she was over the moon with the inspection results. "This is the second time the nursery has received an outstanding award and it is down to the commitment of my team who work really hard. The nursery is very child orientated and we always put the needs of the children first," she explained.
