TALKING to your partner could be the first step towards improving your love life according to relationship experts Relate Worcestershire.
The organisation famous for offering couples counselling has suggested some tips on how to encourage intimacy in the run up to Valentine's Day.
Among the advice to improve dull sex lives is to start by talking, holding hands and cuddling.
Relate Worcestershire’s counselling supervisor Gill Turner said: “Sex is an important part of a relationship for many people, but the reality is that sometimes it gets a little dull.
"Day to day responsibilities can take their toll, with sex pushed to the bottom of the list.
"But the good news is that sex lives can almost always be revitalised – and it’s worth the effort in the end."
