INFORMATION is being sought after a woman was struck by a bottle which was thrown outside a Redditch bar.
It happened between about 10.30pm and 10.55pm on Friday, 20th December, when the 42-year-old victim was queuing to enter Steps bar and bistro in Evesham Road when she saw two men arguing and then felt a sharp pain to her head.
She was told by a witness she had been hit by a bottle that had been thrown by a young man who was fighting with another man.
He is described as aged 17 to 21, with spiky hair, and wearing a grey jumper with a big collar.
The victim sustained a cut to her forehead and was taken by police to the town’s Alexandra Hospital, where it is believed the wound was glued.
