NEW College was a hive of activity as students and staff raised money for Children in Need.
There was a coffee and cake sale in student lounges.
Military and emergency services students embarked on a ‘Cycle/Row to London’, collectively cycling and rowing 110 miles on gym equipment.
There was a sponsored silence, a head shave, plenty of fun fancy dress, a cake sale and a raffle with prizes donated by Archers restaurant and Fusion.
There was also an Xbox competition, a sponsored silence for two students, and a sponsored leg wax by some brave male volunteers.
Collections were also carried out among the generous students and staff.
Altogether the college's two campuses, in Redditch and Bromsgrove, raised nearly £1,000 for the BBC's annual Children in Need appeal.
