Webheath homes decision delayed again after new info received by Redditch Council
4:10pm Monday 4th March 2013 in Local
A PLANNING decision for new homes in Webheath has been delayed after new highways information was received by Redditch Council last week.
The application for up to 200 homes had been due to be determined by the planning committee in March. It will now be determined at a future meeting of the committee, to allow time to work through a new recommendation from Worcestershire County Council as Highways Authority, for additional Section 106 Agreement contributions for road improvements.
The revised Section 106 Agreement includes a contribution to off site highway improvements to mitigate the cumulative impacts of the emerging Redditch Local Plan on the transport network of £606,670 or £3,033.50 for each of the 200 proposed homes
Everyone who was registered to speak at the committee meeting for this application has been notified of the change.
A new committee date will be announced when known and anyone who has commented on the application so far will be directly informed of the new committee date.
View the application and associated information online at the ‘Planning Services’ page at www.redditchbc.gov.uk. The reference number is 2012/207/OUT.
