Four men arrested during drugs raids

FOUR men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply drugs during a series of co-ordinated raids in Redditch yesterday afternoon Thursday, 28 February.
The men were arrested as teams of police executed search warrants obtained under the Misuse Of Drugs Act at six addresses in the town, including properties in Other Road.
During the raids quantities of cannabis and cash were seized by officers.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: “These raids were organised as part of an ongoing investigation in drugs supply in Redditch and also in response to community concerns.”
One of the men who was arrested was released on police bail yesterday and the other three are still being questioned after being taken into custody at Redditch Police Station.
