Studley man admits six counts of drain cover theft

A MAN due to stand trial charged with stealing a large number of drain covers has pleaded guilt to six counts of theft

Graham Leith, aged 27, from High Street, Studley, was charged with 12 counts of theft involving taking more than 600 drain covers worth over £155,000 belonging to Worcestershire County Council, Warwickshire County Council, and Solihull Council.

The case has been adjourned for sentence at Worcester Crown Court during the week commencing February 25.
