Redditch history on display at town library

AS part of its program of events leading up to the 50th anniversary in 2014 of Redditch being designated a New Town, Redditch Local History Society has been producing several exhibitions depicting the growth of the town.
The timeline and some posters from the first of these, which took place at Forge Mill Needle Museum in November, and covered Medieval beginnings to the end of the Great War, will be exhibited in Redditch Library’s gallery from January 4-February 1.
