Studley youth faces assault charges in court

A 16-YEAR-old youth from Studley is due to appear at court in Leamington next Tuesday charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
The charge comes after an incident in the Lansdowne Road area of Studley on Monday, August 20, which left a 15-year –old youth with a serious eye injury.
The 16-year-old was arrested at the time of the incident, but was only charged with the offence on Monday, October 22. He will appear at Leamington youth court on Tuesday, November 6.
