A RECRUITMENT and training firm from Kidderminster has boosted its services with the appointment of a new Director of Data and Compliance.

With almost 20 years’ experience of working in further education and training, John Hope’s role will be to make sure that the Kidderminster-based eResponse’s data is kept safe and secure and ensuring it complies with strict rules for accessing vital government funding streams.

Reporting to eResponse’s commercial director Sam Morgan, Mr Hope will also liaise closely with employers and other partners taking on workers hired through eResponse’s branches and training academy.

Mr Morgan said: “It’s great to welcome John to eResponse.

“He has extensive experience with the handling of data and will lead our drive to ensure it is kept secure and used appropriately.

“We work closely with a variety of agencies on a daily basis so we also have to ensure our information is presented correctly to the various arms of the state whose funding goes towards the training and qualifications of so many workers.”

John Hope added: “This is a new challenge for me and an opportunity to work within a growing business that helps people into jobs every single day.

“I’m delighted to be joining such a positive, pro-active business which is really making its mark in the training and recruitment sector.”

Mr Hope’s appointment is the latest addition to eResponse Group’s senior team and follows the appointment in August of Barbara Van der Eecken as Quality and Standards Director.

eResponse Group is ranked 31st in the prestigious 2015 Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies guide having been nominated by its 100-strong workforce.

It is also currently 45th in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, which recognises the country’s top performing entrepreneurs and private companies.
