Alcester 'beside the seaside' for summer street market

Nick Dealing, high bailiff, and Steve Payne, low bailiff, get their buckets and spades out for this year's street market.
PLANS are already underway for this year's Court Leet street market in Alcester, which is due to take place in June.
The street party is traditionally organised by the high bailiff, and all the people of the town are invited, with the high street closed to traffic for the day.
Stalls and games will be set out, and shop fronts compete to look their best for the occasion.
This is the 38th annual street market held in Alcester, and the theme for this year will be 'A Day at the Seaside', with everyone invited to come along in their beach best, buckets and spades welcome.
Along with the stalls and food, there will also be a traditional Punch and Judy show, an actual beach created just for the day, and live music playing all day long.
