A THOUGHT-provoking free talk on whether mental health matters to business is being held in Alcester.

Minerva Business Exchange, in Minerva Mill, Station Road, will play host to Alcester-born award-winning youth mentoring charity Lifespace Trust founder Chris Spriggs on Thursday, October 20 from 5.30pm.

Mr Spiggs will look at two questions in his presentation: 'What can we do to build our resilience in an ever more stress-filled society?' and 'what legacy are we creating for the next generation?'

There will be a question and answer session and an opportunity to get to know other businesses.

Mr Spriggs is a coach and author who works with schools, businesses and charities across the UK.

Minerva Business Exchange is an informal networking club which aims to nurture business relationships.
