A MINIATURE version of the Alcester Garden Walkabout netted an additional £70 for Cancer Research UK.
The Wharradshire Garden Walkabout recently presented a cheque to secretary of Alcester Friends of Cancer Research UK Sue Blackburn to add toward the £4,080 already raised during the Alcester Garden Walkabout.
The main event, which is now in its 26th year, sees at least 25 beautiful gardens around Alcester open to the public and usually raises several thousand pounds in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Over the years the walkabout has raised more than £50,000 for the charity.
