Alcester man charged with two counts of attempted murder after Cradley blaze
A 34-year-old Alcester man is appearing before Dudley Magistrates this morning (Monday) charged with two counts of attempted murder after a fire in Cradley.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said "Daniel Watkins, of Smiths Close, Alcester, has been charged in connection with a fire on Chapelhouse Lane, Cradley.
"A 34-year-old woman and a six-year-old girl were treated in hospital for smoke inhalation in the early hours of Friday morning."
