A PUBLIC meeting will take place in Alcester following spate of burglaries and antisocial behaviour in the town.
The meeting, arranged by Orbit Heart of England and Warwickshire Police, is being held at the Jubilee Centre in St Faith's Road on Monday, April 18 from 5.30 to 6.30pm.
Members of the local policing team including sergeant Bob Shaw and PC Peter Essex will be in attendance alongside community housing officer David Dutton.
A spokesman for the meeting said: "It is an opportunity for us to listen to and understand your concerns, explain the tools available to both the public and the police and explain how we can work together to resolve the issues. "There will be an opportunity after the meeting to discuss concerns on an individual basis. No confidential information will be shared at the meeting."
Head of housing at Orbit Heart of England Kevin Hornsby said: "Orbit takes the matter of anti-social behaviour very seriously and is liaising with various agencies, including the Police.
"We are also working with the community to resolve these issues. We fully support that everyone has a right to enjoy life, providing they don’t cause a nuisance or annoyance to anyone."
