A PUBLIC consultation on the development of 12 new homes in Broom is taking place early next month.
On Thursday, December 3 between 3 and 6.30pm residents will be able to attend a the drop-in event and see plans for the new homes, ask questions and comment on any aspect of the proposal.
The event is being organised by Bidford Parish Council, in partnership with Warwickshire Rural Housing Association and Warwickshire Rural Community Council.
The new homes are proposed to meet the housing needs of Bidford parish as identified through the housing needs survey.
Occupancy of the new homes would be restricted to local people by way of a Planning Agreement.
The event is taking place at Broom Village Hall in High Street.
