YOUNGSTERS with a talent for singing or playing an instrument are invited to take part in a musical competition in Alcester.
Alcester singers will be hosting their annual Young Musician Competition on Friday, November 20 where those aged 11 to 18 and living within 10 miles of Alcester compete for a £150 prize.
Musicians must be grade 5 or above in their chosen instrument to take part.
The contest, which has been organised by the choir for more than 20 years, has limited places and will be closing to entrants on Monday, November 9.
Application forms and more details about the competition can be found on the choir's website alcestersingers.co.uk.
Winners are also invited to perform at one of the Alcester Singers concerts next year.
