Flood alerts in Bidford and Salford Priors

FLOOD alerts have been placed on the river Avon at Bidford and Salford Priors, with locals on low-lying land, caravan parks and farmland, being told to be prepared, and that flooding is possible.
The river levels rose overnight and the alert was issued this morning when river levels were still rising.
