A REDDITCH school is throwing open its doors and inviting people to enjoy its newly refurbished facilities this Friday, October 5, from 9am-11.45am or 1.15-2pm.
Visitors to Tenacres First School, which is based in Quibery Close, Winyates East, Redditch B98 0PB will be able to see the new rainbow uniform, spacious reception area and jungle library, experience the school’s specialist rooms, including music, IT, and literacy.
They will also be able to see the extensive grounds, including three playgrounds, playing field, trim trail, tyre=park, woodland, and Forest School.
Tenacres recently received glowing praise from Ofsted inspectors, who said: “It is no surprise that the school is held with such high regard in the local community
“The Early Years Foundation Stage is an outstanding aspect of the school”, and added: “Pupils feel safe and develop personal skills well.”
Parents/guardians and their children are invited to the open day, when the youngsters will get the chance to meet the headteacher, Miss Shillaker.
