THERE will be another opportunity to celebrate Britain’s outstanding achievements this summer at the Primrose Choir’s Last Night of the Proms.
The choir is performing its annual Primrose Proms Concert on Friday, October 19 at the Spadesbourne Suite in Bromsgrove.
This year’s special guests are the Alvechurch School Choir, and they will be joined by the Alcester Victoria Silver Band.
The Choir, raising money for the Primrose Hospice Centre of Care, will end with the rousing rendition of Land of Hope and Glory.
A spokesman fro the choir said: “This ever-popular evening always raises a substantial sum to support the wide ranging and much valued services provided by the Primrose Hospice.”
The concert starts at 7.30pm with tickets costing £10 from 01527 67383 or 01527 546158 or from any member of the choir.
