Burglar who attacked Redditch householder in remanded in custody

A MAN accused of attacking a householder and stealing cash from him during a burglary in Redditch was remanded in custody when he appeared before town magistrates.
Stephen Burford, aged 34, of Salters Lane, Redditch, appeared in court on Friday, September 21 charged with burglary, involving theft with violence.
The charge arose from an incident in Oakly Road on Tuesday, September 18.
Burford was remanded in custody to appear before Worcester Crown Court on December 17.

Its a shame Burford didnt come face to face with a shot gun or had a vase smashed over his head. Would of saved another Court Case..
