HARVEST was celebrated by St. Mary's Cof E church on Sunday, September 23 with a full congregation of more than 100 people, together with Rainbows, Brownies, and Guides presenting their harvest gifts.
Depsite a poor summer for farmers due to the torrid weather conditions, the generosity of local villagers in goods and commuinity spirit was evident.
The gifts of produce were later auctioned at the Needlemakers Arms to raise funds for the continued work of the church in the parish.
