A REDDITCH man is facing prison after he admitted a charge of assault causing serious harm and carrying a hunting knife in a public place.
Benjamin Collins, 23, of Evesham Road, admitted assaulting Shaun Docker causing him grievous bodily harm on September 14 this year.
He also admitted having a fixed blade hunting knife in Unicorn Hill in Redditch on the same date.
Recorder Robert Spencer-Bernard told him all sentencing options were open when he returns to Worcester Crown court in the week of January 16 but warned him a jail sentence was possible.
He ordered a pre-sentence report.
Collins was granted bail with a curfew between 8pm and 8am at his home and he is not allowed to enter Unicorn Hill or Bates Hill in Redditch.
