STAFF from Oakland International in Redditch (pictured) proved a force to be reckoned with when they took part in the Birmingham Fun Run in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
A team of 11 staff members took part in the challenge which started at Villa Park, before processing around a route which ended with a full lap of The Birmingham Alexander Stadium.
Maxime Pinchon, Oakland key account controller and staff run co-ordinator, speaking for the Oakland team, said: "Cancer is indiscriminate and everyone of us either knows or has experienced a family member being told they have cancer. By taking part in the fun run we are actively helping fight this terrible disease.
"We've raised £940 so far. A great achievement and we still have to add Oakland's personal contribution of £500 to the tally. "Everybody really enjoyed the event and no matter how, they all finished the 5km."
