RESIDENTS are being invited to experience the sensational 60s at Redditch's Palace Theatre.

The show, featuring Mike Pender (original voice of The Searchers), Chris Farlowe, Herman’s Hermits, The Swinging Blue Jeans, New Amen Corner, and The Fourmost, is a must for fans of 60s music.

Mike Pender is the voice of The Searchers.

One of the greats to have come out of the Liverpool “Beat Boom” his is the rich vocal talent so evident on so many of the hit recordings that have become 60s classics.

He will be joined by Herman’s Hermits who throughout the mid-60s music scene proved to be a dominating force worldwide.

From 1964 the band chalked up more than 23 top 20 singles, 10 hit albums, and three major movies.

Chris Farlowe still performs all over Europe, and The New Amen Corner are a force to be reckoned with, while The Swinging Blue Jeans, and The Fourmost are legendary names which promise to deliver a night never to be forgotten.

The show, part of a UK tour, is on November 15.
