Clothing collection held to help Syrian refugees in Redditch
A CLOTHING collection is being held to help support refugees who have been displaced from their homes.
Bromsgrove and Redditch Welcome Refugees (BRWR), a community group welcoming and supporting Syrian refugees locally, is holding a clothing collection.
The group is specifically after adult clothing, practical shoes, backpacks, sleeping bags and blankets, and items for dignity packs.
Anything that is collected will be handed to People In Motion, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, that provide support and aid to displaced people.
The collection is being held at The Bridge Church in Headless Cross on the first Saturday of every month starting October 7 from 2pm to 5pm.
