GOOD evening everyone, we're here to get you to home or to your destination as quick as possible on this Friday afternoon - ready for the Bank Holiday weekend.

So, if you’re looking for a stress free journey and want to avoid the rush hour hot-spots – why not use our traffic update?

A quick glance around the Black Country and North Worcestershire suggests the roads are looking okay in general, apart from where there are ongoing road works. Some to look out for are:

In Kidderminster, there are temporary traffic lights as emergency repairs take place on the A451, in Horsefair, at Radford Avenue. This following the building collapse of the old post office on Wednesday evening.

While in Halesowen, temporary traffic lights and junction improvements are causing delays on the A459, Dudley Road, at A4099 Coombs Road/Furnace Hill.

In Bromsgrove, one lane is closed due to water main work on the A448, Market Street, between Recreation Road and the B4091, Stourbridge Road/Birmingham Road.

And in Stourbridge, Bells Lane is closed due to flood alleviation works between Sandringham Place and Balmoral Road. A diversion is in place, via Sandringham Place, Sandringham Road and Balmoral Road.
